Hem corner double

As opposed to the simple corner, three or four lines are required for seam corners: the two seam lines and the two seam allowances.

Some of the seam corner can be called with the part assistant. Here, only one click is required.

The tools mitred corner , vent corner and hem corner simple are all based on the same universal corner

These functions start the same tool with different type preallocation. A type switch can be carried out subsequently at any time via the context bar in the interactive environment.

Step-by-step guide

Select tool from the Toolbar.
Activate / deactivate autostart and cyclic in the context bar .
Click 1st allowance: cursor points towards the 1st corner
Click seam: cursor points towards the 2nd corner
Click seam allowance: cursor points towards the 2nd corner
Click 3rd allowance: cursor points away from the 2nd corner

Order of clicking:

It is important that the seam lines are a continuous curve. Alternatively, the side seam can be clicked directly instead of the seam allowance. In this case, the notches will not be visible.

The inside turn up can be made visible with the second option. It is created as a parallel to the hem.
